• Career Exploration: One-on-one guidance to identify career interests, set goals, and create a roadmap to success.
• Job Readiness Training: Resume building, interview preparation, and workplace skills (e.g., communication, problem-solving) to ensure confidence on the job.
• On-the-Job Support: Hands-on assistance during the transition to employment, including workplace accommodations and collaboration with employers.
